This little Song Sparrow sits in the miniature spruce outside our bedroom window, often challenging the reflection in the window over territory. He sings a beautiful song, and surveys his domain. We believe he and his mate built a nest in the tree, though we are unable to see it through the thick branches, nor have we heard baby birds in the nest. It's still lovely to have such charming neighbors.
